Sessions and Times
1. We are open 5 days a week from 9:00am till 4:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 13:00pm. Our session times are: 09:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 13:00pm, 14:00pm & 15:00pm; sessions are at the same times regardless of the sensory room chosen.

2. Each session runs for 45 minutes, giving the children plenty of time to explore and play within the sensory room chosen. After this time, the sensory rooms are cleaned prior to the
next session.

3. There is a set capacity for each session – 10 people including of babies, children and adults – this to ensure it is not crowded and there remains a positive, calm and relaxed atmosphere which allows children to explore at their best and in confidence.

4. Customers are asked to please arrive no earlier than 10mins before their session, you can book in at the reception area and prepare yourselves for entering the rooms.

5. There may be rare times that play sessions will have to change or be cancelled. Every effort will be made via social media and the website to contact those affected.
​
6. Customers will need to leave at the end of their play session irrespective of the time they arrived.
7. The Little Lighthouse has the right to close should there be a risk to the safety, wellbeing or security of visitors and staff.

8. Sessions dedicated for SEN (Special Educational Needs) children will be apparent when booking. These will be noted as STAR Sessions and at current will only be available for the Halo Room; this is due to design and accessibility. Please note Movable equipment will be rotated to ensure children attending
STAR sessions, get to explore our range of sensory play.
Photography and Videography
1. Customers are allowed to take photos and videos within our Reception area and our sensory rooms however we do we ask that they only take them of the children within their booking and use for
personal, private and non-commercial purposes only.
2. With consent, The Little Lighthouse may also ask to share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials.
3. The Little Lighthouse are not responsible for any photographs published on social media or other websites by visiting Adults.
4. By Tagging and sharing content within the Little Lighthouse premises, we consider this to be agreement that we too can share your photo/video on our social media account.
Privacy Policy
This policy outlines how we will use and protect any information you provide us with, which you submit through our website. This privacy policy explains how The Little Lighthouse, collects, uses and protects the data you provide us with, when you submit an enquiry or make a booking. We will only use your data in accordance with the details set out in this privacy policy.

For The Little Lighthouse booking process collects a minimum amount of
data about you and your child(ren), which is stored on secure servers that
support our website.
The information we may collect:
- Your full name
- Your child(ren)’s name(s)
- Your contact information including email address and phone number
- Your demographic information such as location/postcode, interests
and preferences
- Your IP address
This information is only available to authorised The Little Lighthouse staff and will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to make direct contact with you in matters relating to your booking.
We need your data to be able to manage your bookings effectively and respond to any enquiry that you make through our website.

- Keep a log of our clients and enquiries for internal tracking. Ensuring your data is secure is our priority. In order to prevent unauthorised disclosure or access, we only use GDPR compliant
electronic procedures to safeguard your data, and secure the information, which we have collected from you online.

We have cookies enabled on our site which are small tracking files, which help us to analyse marketing and make enhancements and improvements on our site. We only use this information to learn and improve, and then the data is removed from our systems. You can choose to accept or decline the cookies, which is often managed through the settings in your web browser.
Our site contains links to other websites. Once you leave our site we will have no control over your online journey. Please ensure you read privacy statements on the sites you visit, once you have left our site.
Unless we receive a specific request for the data to be removed, we will continue to store your data in our secure systems. If you believe the data we hold for you is incorrect or would like this removed from our systems, please let us know via email, at the littlelighthouse24@gmail.com
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties, unless we are required by law to do so. Your information is safe with us!
Bookings, Transfers and Refunds
1. All children and their accompanying Adult must have a valid booking for the session they are attending. This includes babies and non-walking children.
2. The session price includes admission for one child and one adult – for one session.
3. Customers with prebooked online bookings are given priority entry. Entry cannot be guaranteed for customers who have not booked in advance. Walk in at your own risk!
4. All bookings are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another session time, you can do so with at least 48hour’s notice from the start of the original session booked.
Your transferred session must be within one month of the original pre-booked session.
5. The Little Lighthouse reserves the right to increase ticket prices.
6. If purchasing a booking for other customers, it is the responsibility of the Adult purchasing the tickets if or sharing our terms and conditions and rules of play with every customer and their party.
7. Those with valid bookings are only allowed entry. Walk-ins are
subject to availability.
8. If purchasing a walk-in ticket, the session will still finish at the
set time regardless of what time you walked in.
9. Customers will receive an email when tickets are purchased online. It is your responsibility to check your email confirmation and your transaction has gone through. Please bring your email as proof of purchase.
10. In exceptional circumstances such as flooding, fire or bad weather, etc, we may need to close The Little Lighthouse. In these rare cases, a refund of your ticket will be given.
11. A restriction on the amount of children one adult can bring is restricted to a maximum of 3. Likewise, there is a restriction of 2 adults maximum per 1 child. -
Security
1. The Little Lighthouse operates a CCTV inside and outside the premises. This is recording at all times.
2. CCTV is in use for the safety and security, day and night, as well as to assist in identifying and prosecuting any offenders.
3. All personal belongings that are brought into The Little Lighthouse are at the Adult’s risk. The Little Lighthouse accept no liability for loss or damage of personal belongings.
4. We do not have CCTV in our individual rooms – however due to safety ad security we do have a window in each of the doors entering the rooms.
